Prices & Delivery Charges
All of the prices quoted in this shopping cart are in Australian dollars, and include GST where applicable. All prices are correct at the time of listing in the shopping cart. Prices are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to process all orders within 2 business days. This shopping cart is not responsible for items lost or misdirected by Australian or overseas postal services.
General merchandise
We currently only deliver within Australia all parcels are sent with free shipping to a single address.
Delivery can take up to 7 business days from dispatch, dependent upon the destination.
Payment
Online payment is accepted by the methods listed at checkout.
Tax Invoices/Receipts
Tax invoices and receipts for online purchase transactions will be sent to you in an email confirming your order.
Stock
We endeavour to keep stock of all items listed in the shopping cart. Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
Refunds
The shopping cart does not provide refunds for items delivered. Additionally, payments cannot be cancelled after goods have been dispatched. If there is a problem with your order please contact our customer service team on care@blueantwireless.com
If you have purchased a BlueAnt device through a retailer and you are seeking a refund you will need to return the device to the place of purchase.
Exchanges
We do all we can to ensure that orders are correct and arrive in good condition. However, if you are not sent the items you ordered, or if the items arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately on care@blueantwireless.com

Your details are covered by our Privacy Policy and your credit card and payment details are not stored on our servers.
